This guided meditation will help you change your relationship with anxiety and stress. Learn to recognise your anxiety inducing thoughts and then let them go. A great way for getting you back to a more centred, calm mind.

The session will combine meditation with Pranayama , an ancient Indian technique of breath regulation, with immense benefits for physical and mental wellness. In Sanskrit, “prana” means life energy and “yama” means control.
