I'm Chinmai, and I work extensively with people going through this journey. I help clients find moments of calm, rebuild their inner strength, and reclaim a sense of themselves. My approach is gentle and evidence-based. I use a combination of hypnotherapy, CBT, and mindfulness, all in a way that is gentle, supportive, and tailored entirely to you.
